These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the website www.noūn.com
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions.

1. Products

Our creations are handmade and may show slight variations, guaranteeing their artisanal authenticity.

2. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Delivery costs are added to the total amount at the time of order.

3. Order

All orders are considered firm once payment has been validated.
A confirmation email is sent automatically.

4. Payment

Payments are secured via Shopify Payments / PayPal / [other means if applicable].

5. Delivery

Each piece is made to order.
The manufacturing time is approximately 2 weeks, then delivery is estimated between 3 to 7 business days.
Delays caused by carriers cannot be attributed to Noūn.

6. Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product has not been worn or washed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

The information collected is strictly confidential and used only within the framework of the commercial relationship.
